办证时限：7个工作日

Shekou Net Valley Management and Service Center for Expats

所需文件：

1、身份证/护照复印件

2、动物防疫部门出具的犬类免疫证明

3、一寸犬头照3张，三寸犬身照1张

4、盲人饲养导盲犬、肢体重残人饲养扶助犬，应提供残疾证明

5、饲养绝育犬的，应当提交实施绝育手术机构提供的绝育证明

6、单位介绍信和经办人身份证复印件（单位养犬）

Documents you need to bring:

1. ID Card / Passport

2. The original of the vaccination certificate (within the expiration date) (the address should be within Zhaoshang sub-district)

3. Three photos of the dog' head (2.5cm*3.5cm) and one photo of whole dog body (8.9cm*6cm)

4. Proof of dog owners' disability is needed for service dog registration

5. If your dogs have been sterilized, you should submit the dog sterilization certificate

6. If the dog is raised by a company, the introduction letter of the company and the copy of responsible person's ID card are needed

Your application will be processed within 7 working days

养犬证可以寄到家，邮费到付，或者来蛇口网谷境外人员管理中心取。

The license could be either delivered to home or taken at the center. 

Note: the delivery fee needs to be paid by your side.
